Participation Rules

• Participants must carry their current-year college ID card; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
• Each participant is allowed to participate in only one game, whether it is a team or individual event.
• Participants must wear proper sportswear and sports shoes (preferably of the same color for team events). Jeans will not be permitted.
• Students must avoid using abusive language, engaging in obscene behavior, or wearing revealing attire during the competition. Violators will be disqualified.
• Smoking, drinking, and the consumption of prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.
• All events will begin at their scheduled times. Punctuality is highly encouraged and appreciated.
• Registration will be strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, as the number of entries is limited.
• Once registered for a specific sport, further registrations for the same sport will not be allowed.
• Teams will be randomly assigned by the management after registration, and no changes to the team composition will be permitted under any circumstances.

In case of any disputes or conflicts, the final decision will rest solely with the event authority.
